Printing Envelope – Personalised Covers

While sending out official mails by post, it is better to have the address of the sender printed on the envelopes. The age old tradition of hand writing the address can be followed, but that does not cut across a professional opinion about your firm. There are times when mail is sent in bulk. At such times, it is easier to get someone to print on the envelopes the receiver’s address and the sender’s details as well. This will make it easier on the person doing the final mailing, and let them keep track of how many mails have gone out.

Printing envelopes has been around for ages, but it is only off late that people are giving it due importance and understanding the need for doing so. Professionalism does have its necessities and this is one of those.  When doing a mail merge, you can follow the same rules for the envelopes, slide in the plain envelopes and watch the printed ones pop out.  You can even add your company logo or any personalised message on it to make it more unique. The impact it makes on the person when they receive it will be worth the extra expense.
